Spindle motors are meant to rotate at very high speeds, therefore standard bearings will not work within a spindle motor and will heat up quickly. We replace Bearings made for high speed having special materials and lubricant to withstand the speeds at which these motors run.
All feedback units will be fully tested and will be reset to their original position.
Rotor and armatures will be dynamically balanced to ensure vibration levels are kept to an absolute minimum.
